The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS) has officially kick-started the 2024 World Food Day celebration meeting, which is traditionally observed on October 16th every year.
This year, #MAFS and its partners will honor “Food Heroes,” with a humble call to all Sierra Leoneans to invest in agriculture by purchasing #homegrown food or farming to support the Feed Salone initiative.
Simultaneously, the Feed Salone Programme will celebrate its #one-year achievements, showcasing the level of commitment demonstrated by the government and its partners.
